I am concerned about when the Early Intervention Funding allocated in the FY 2024-2025 budget will reach therapists and programs. After several years and numerous children with delays and disabilities missing milestones due to an inability to respond to waiting lists, staff programs, and maintain programs, when will enough be enough?

Please let me know how you plan to address this issue as funds allocated by New York State have not reached programs or therapists due to stop-gaps at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and delays in implementation.
